Hostel Mandala - Anjuna

During my recent transit in Anjuna, I had the chance to stay at the Mandala hotel. Although my stay was short, I found two features of the hotel to be quite convenient. the database provided accurate information regarding the hotel being suitable for transit purposes. As a frequent traveler, it was essential for me to have a comfortable and hassle-free stay during my layover, and Mandala fulfilled that criteria perfectly. the hotel's proximity to the nearest airport, which is only 46 km away, made it incredibly convenient for me to catch my next flight without any stress or time constraints.

The size of the room mentioned in the database was incorrect.

We had a fantastic stay with a perfect location near popular clubs and a supermarket within walking distance. The spacious dorm room provided privacy with curtains on each bed. The hostel was well-maintained and kept clean at all times. The staff was cute and relaxed the rules, we were allowed to store our liquor. The clean bathrooms had good products and hot water. The presence of female staff made us feel safe as solo female travelers. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the wifi was stable.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Very good location near the beach, clean rooms, helpful staff, convenient access to taxis and transportation, Body Shop products in the washroom, restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The relaxed vibe, beach proximity, and accommodating staff made our family trip truly special. We loved the ample areas for kids to play and the warm, family-friendly atmosphere.

My kids wished for more organized children activities.

The rooms at this hostel are amazing. With a private bathroom equipped with a shower and a hairdryer, it felt like staying in a fancy hotel rather than a hostel. I couldn't help but feel like a royalty taking a luxurious bath in my very own bathroom.

Curtains on beds missing.

Great location, clean and air-conditioned rooms, helpful staff, and good facilities. Enjoyed my stay and had a lot of fun. Recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The hostel had a great location, very close to the beach, which was convenient. The dorm room was comfortable, clean, and peaceful. The staff was extremely helpful and hospitable, going above and beyond to assist guests. Additionally, the hostel offered useful facilities like a kitchen, roof terrace, and laundry service.

Some fellow backpackers were rude and inconsiderate, causing disturbances during quiet hours.

The hostel had a great vibe, with a simple and chic atmosphere. the bunk beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were modern. the staff, especially Akki and Komal, were very accommodating. the location was prime, with easy access to everything you need from the beach to transportation. It was also value for money, making it a great option for budget travelers.

One improvement could be the addition of cupboards in the dorm rooms to keep valuables. the storage in the dorms could be a bit bigger.

Rooms at Hostel Mandala were super cozy and clean. Having a private bathroom was a big plus, and the fast Wi-Fi made working on the road a breeze. Loved how everything felt fresh, and the fact that the beach was just a short walk away made mornings so much better!

Tea was only available until the evening; it would’ve been nice to grab some later.

Stayed at a hostel with a shared lounge, but who needs privacy when you can bond with strangers? Enjoyed a continental breakfast and used the car rental service. So fancy!

Oh, how disappointing! I couldn't rent a private jet to commute from the nearest airport.

Amazing rooftop with sea view, great AC, efficient showers, fast WiFi, helpful staff, close to beach and authentic local restaurants. Perfect for someone who wants to be in direct touch with nature.

We had an amazing stay at this hostel. The staff was accommodating and helpful, providing us with helpful advice and recommendations even before we arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel, including the bathroom and rooms, was perfect. The staff were very good too ensure our comfort, even providing medicine and food when one of us fell ill during the trip. As female solo travelers, we felt safe and well taken care of, thanks to the presence of female staff and a security guard. The location was perfect, being close to everything but still quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. The WiFi was fast and reliable, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food. the staff's hospitality, cleanliness, and great location made our stay here wonderful.
